Reality !

What is reality?

It seems that the perceived notion of our conscience propelling us seems to be the norm for most of us.

How do we evaluate our conscience, is our conscience guided by survival instincts and cognitive learning?

Detachment from all the strings which pull you seems to be the only way to be in state of mind where you are truly free to explore your conscience.

How do we get to a state of mind where we will be devoid of all external inputs when it seems these are the very inputs which defines you?

From prehistoric times humans tend to establish set norms and follow predictable patterns to find the meaning of their existence.

The state of mind where you become eternally free seems unrealistic and is comprehendible only to those who have a clear conscience.

The intrinsic qualities we subconsciously adhere to our personalities for the sake of survival transform us and transport us to unchartered waters.

As collective intelligence and collective value system is needed to propel the world, I believe people who try to find esoteric ways for their survival tend to comprehend the complexities of existence.

I believe that the complex human mind can be easily interpreted and the emergence of personalities is inevitability a concoction of the given set of variables.

As we all know finding yourself without falling into the "laid traps" seems like searching for the” tip” of the needle in a haystack.

As spiral dynamics suggests the intrinsic human behavior is pruned to suit the survival conditions one is subjected to; then the idea of human beings being a social animal seems debatable because the moment cognitive survival instinct kicks in all rational thoughts fly through the window and we turn savages.

So redesigning by reverse engineering will be a great idea to find our “core values”,once we have a fair hold on our true self we can redefine ourselves. We humans have to set aside some quality time to ourselves to get pruned.

As our evolutionary process puts us in an advantage and the process of natural selection takes place ,we as humans have to be very careful not to lose our self.
We have to make sure that we provide enough fuel to nourish and integrate our body, mind and soul;and that seems to be the surefire way to see a clear picture.

Cul -de-sac !!

A cul-de-sac is generally considered as a dead end, but I think it can get people transported to a higher realm !

Like all journeys the traveler has to go back to where he started off in order to get a hold on himself; and a Cul-de-sac might be the best place ever.

As rightly pointed by a soul, life could be understood backwards and lived forwards.

Intuition and divine intervention can be the same, it is a state of mind where we tend to subconsciously analyze our existence and follow a path or rather use commonsense.

But it can be possible only through a coordinated effort, ie – the mind, body and soul!

As we all are unique and are designed differently, a deep introspection can make us aware of our existence or rather aid us in discovering our “Primary Instinct “.

Survival being our focal point, we should be clearly aware of the traps strewn around to win the rat race. This can only be possible by gathering wisdom and insight all along the journey.

As DNA nanotechnology is advancing, might be one day there will be a pill to aid humans to reach their own kingdom.

I believe in this age of abundance we should hunt for things which satisfies our soul, or else we will be on the pursuit for ever.

As set points vary for each individual, each has to find their on Cul-de-sac to turn around and end the search and enjoy life to the fullest.

We humans are fascinated by the idea of “Love “being the common denominator, I’m intrigued by the fact that if “Love” permeated through homosapians , all the misery in this world would have ended .

As a soul pointed out, learning to love unconditionally will be a “small step for a human but a giant leap for humankind “ .

Quest!

We humans are trying to find out the existence of universe, by recreating the “Big Bang” with help of the” Atom Smasher “, and we have reached the stage where we can manipulate our “chromosomes” and produce designer DNA.

The information age is giving man a near perfect concoction to better his self .

It will be difficult for the contemporary man to understand that all the scriptures of the major religions are based on the small amount of knowledge and a limited concept of the cosmos.

As we all know, vast majority of mankind still thrives on the so called scriptures or at least bits and pieces of it.

Does it mean that these scriptures need interpretation to accommodate the expanded notion of the universe ?

How will we devise a fool proof new age scripture?

What are the ingredients and what are the yardsticks?

The question still arises ……..

Musings !!

While pondering on the intricacies of life I often stumble upon things which are deeper than I could fathom.

I’m little amused by the pace at which the information age is catapulting us or rather the identity crisis which we endure.

The choices we have today puts as in even more tragic situations than the times with little or no choice at all.

As humans the only rational abode we have to distinguish ourselves from our animal counterparts is the ability to think; are we using it to adapt and survive according to the demanding situations and merely following a pattern.

Existence from prehistoric times has given man the opportunities to make choices to capture the essence of life either through emotional or intellectual pursuits.

As the globe is getting flatter and the hybrid homosapian who has embraced cross cultural identities and new socio political out look will certainly be on the pursuit.

Achieving the balance between the tangible and the intangible will be a cake walk only for a few brave souls, let the others fight and win.

As introspection is giving way to the carefree let us delve deep and add feathers to our caps.

Cheers !!!

Inner peace

Alas! The one thing we all madly pursue “inner peace “will be the only thing which eludes us ……………

How can we have the cake and eat it too?

The mystery of finding yourself is like a mirage or is it an attainable fruit?

Will our perceptions, ideologies, beliefs etc guide us?

Man has traveled so far from dancing around the bonfire he created for his survival to the lovely discotheques. As rightly pointed out by Freud and Maslow ; hopefully we all will reach self actualization by primarily satisfying our carnal instincts.

If there is one truth, which has derived form the Stone Ages is that “The highest purpose of intellectual cultivation is to give a man a perfect knowledge and mastery of his own inner self “……….

The fire was a powerful tool man created to fulfill his needs and he danced around it;
The dance took various forms as we progressed …we can dance only if we have fire….

So the fire in us is the strongest thing which can propel us ………

Thought – the act or process of thinking – is one of the greatest powers we possess. A great majority gets entangled in the web and loose sight …………” Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it “…………………………

As I gather, we all have an “Invented self” and a Discovered self; and if we wisely make a concoction of the both, we will be at peace.

I strongly believe that, the proper upkeep of our, body, mind and soul; the quest to learn, an open mind, all this will result in a developing a conscience, which allows us to grow personally and eventually will enhance the quality of our lives.

At least I hope so……………………

Solitude

Sometimes the complex evolutionary state we are in makes us choose between solitude an loneliness.

In the present world which has evolved from the hunter gatherer ,our mind is constantly yearning for some solitude , at the same time the fear of alienation still looms large.

More than ever we need our solitude ,being alone give us the power to reinvent and discover ourselves , but again the "grass is greener syndrome "still persists .

The present society which "worships independence " yet " fears loneliness" intrigues me .

The imminent and apparent state of affairs confuses me , whether to " follow "or to "lead ".

Happiness

Happiness in this world , comes incidentally .

Make it the object of pursuit , and it leads us to a wild goose chase , and is never attained .

Follow some other object , and very possibly we may find that we have caught happiness without dreaming of it .

It's the paradox of life ; the way to miss pleasure is to seek it first .

The very first condition of lasting happiness is that a life should be full of purpose ,aiming at something outside self.
As a matter of experience , we find that true happiness comes in seeking other things , in the complex activities of life, in the healthful outgoing of all human powers............
